プロの演奏家で構成されたオーケストラを指揮し、グループレッスン形式で行います。受講生を選抜することにより、ひとりあたりの指揮をできる時間を大きく確保し、受講生同士のお互いのレッスン風景を間近で見ることが可能です。指揮による音楽の変化、演奏家目線からの指揮者の見え方、様々な角度から学ぶことができます。

The ad hoc orchestra is composed of experienced professional musicians who perform regularly together and is formed exclusively for the Masterclass. By selecting a limited number of active participants a maximum amount of podium time per conductor is guaranteed. In addition, the close observation of each other from different angles and mutual learning are important aspects of the class structure.
