プロフェッショナルなプレイヤーで構成されたオーケストラを指揮し、グループレッスン形式で行います。受講生同士のお互いのレッスン風景を間近で見られることが大きな特徴です。指揮による音楽の変化、演奏家目線からの指揮者の見え方、様々な角度から学ぶことができます。受講生は毎回10名に選抜され、ひとりあたりのレッスン時間を大きく確保します。​

The ad hoc orchestra is composed of experienced professional musicians who perform regularly together and is formed exclusively for the Masterclass. By selecting a limited number of active participants a maximum amount of podium time per conductor is guaranteed. In addition, the close observation of each other from different angles and mutual learning are important aspects of the class structure.
